13 + 13 + 9 + 9 = 44 feet.

Here L = 13 ft and W = 9 ft.

P = Perimeter = 2L + 2W.

Then P = 2(13 ft) + 2(9 ft) = 26 ft + 18 ft = 44 ft (answer)
