I would say a football player running with the ball. In fact, inertia was affected by the mass of an object and wasn't affected by the velocity or the speed of an object. Thus, the heavier the object,the greater the inertia of the object. In comparison, the football player is like maybe 100 times heavier than the water bottle. So , I think definitely is the football player running with the ball. Hope this helps ^^
