When there are high levels of thyroid hormones in the body, the condition is called as hyperthyroidism. Graves' disease is one of the reasons for this condition. The symptoms vary with person to person and also the level of thyroid levels like weight loss and weight gain. With respect to this condition nurse should be able to assess the flushed and warm skin of the patient with hyperthyroidism.
