(fg)(x) = f(g(x))
= 4(x+3)^2 − 5
= 4(x^2 + 6x + 9) - 5
= 4x^2 + 24x + 36 - 5
= 4x^2 + 24x + 31

answer
(fg)(x) = 4x^2 + 24x + 31
