(x+2)(y+3)=0

we know that

Part A)
the x-intercept is when y=0
for y=0
(x+2)(0+3)=0--------> (x+2)*3=0------> 3x+6=0----> 3x=-6----> x=-2
the point is (-2,0)

Part B)
the y-intercep is when x=0
for x=0
(0+2)(y+3)=0-----> 2*(y+3)=0-----> 2y+6=0----> y=-6/2-----> y=-3
the point is (0,-3)
