Well the word difference means in mathematical terms, The result of subtracting one number from another. How much one number differs from another.

Example: The difference between 8 and 3 is 5.
I think the answer to your question is : 4&5
The reason why becuase 4+5 is 9 which are the 2 closest numbers to make nine and 2n+9=11+4+5=20 minus 2 two times and you will still get 16.
